Description

It is not possible to force http/https in a new installation of contrexx because the settings data is not available in database

INSERT INTO `contrexx_settings` (`setid`, `setname`, `setvalue`, `setmodule`) VALUES
        (57, 'forceProtocolFrontend', 'none', 1),
        (58, 'forceProtocolBackend', 'none', 1)
        ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE `setname` = VALUES(`setname`)

fixes the bug
